We thought we'd start sharing with you some "tips" on how you can make your catering delivery experience even more enjoyable through Snapfinger Catering (you didn't think that was possible, right?).
So here we go...
Did you know that just about everyone wants their food delivered between 11:15 & 11:45? This is probably not a surprise! Please do your caterer a favor and make sure you are available during your delivery time.
Of course it's reasonable for a caterer to have to wait a few minutes. You're a busy person! But too much of a delay will throw off their remaining delivery schedule...meaning, someone else's meal might be late!
Please make yourself available to receive the meal. Or you might consider including a backup contact with your delivery instructions. You can also call our customer care team if something comes up and you won't be available at delivery time! The more we work together, the stronger "your" catering network will be!
And you never know how much the caterer will appreciate your punctuality. They might even bring you a little something with your next delivery!
